Embarrassing confessions/moments post-AA5 or AA6 as Athena finds her own way and Simon reacquaints himself with the world beyond the prison bars. Athena being a wingwoman for Simon that backfires in hilarious ways (or vice versa).

Iba Hachiro/Yukimura Chizuru: What if Iba had been the one to find Chizuru when she first arrived in Kyoto instead of the Shinsengumi? Post-war, they make a new home? Raising a family together. Moments before the game started when they were still children? In the world of SSL, what would their relationship/love story be?
Okita Souji/Yukimura Chizuru: Ways Okita decides to wake Chizuru up from deep sleep (or vice versa). Reincarnation fic. He makes her accompany him on errands for the silliest reasons. Okita decides to write Chizuru poems (to also best Hijikata's poor efforts) but it gets to the wrong person instead.
Saitou Hajime/Yukimura Chizuru: Chizuru surprises Saitou unexpectedly with something (pregnancy, a pet, something he's wanted for a long time). Making Saitou blush. How Saitou takes care of Chizuru even without her knowing it (in many ways). Saitou decides to give Chizuru lessons in swordsmanship.
Senhime/Yukimura Chizuru: How a Sen route would have gone (maybe Chizuru accepts Senhime's offer in the common route or she runs across Senhime first when she gets to Kyoto). Finding each other post-war (maybe the normal ending?).
Yamazaki Susumu/Yukimura Chizuru: They go undercover together again for the Shinsengumi (in ludicrous roles) with more hilarious results. She stays with him instead of leaving him (in various routes). Yamazaki and Chizuru take care of the Shinsengumi's illnesses together.

Café Enchanté (Visual Novel)
Awaki Kotone, Miser Rex | Misyr Rex

Note:
Completed the game!

Canon:
Cafe Enchante is about Awaki Kotone, who has inherited a Cafe business from her grandfather, who has passed away. When she comes to the cafe, she meets the patrons of the cafe... who are not what she expected. Misyr Rex is one of these patrons.

Comments:
I love these two and I really liked their interactions, but the route itself... and the ending... AHHHHHHHH. (Those who have played will understand.) I felt so unsatisfied. I wish they had a better ending! If only there could be a fandisk, anything!

Prompts:
Just... any fix-it if possible? Explore what could happen post-route between these two given their circumstances? Or maybe what could have happened to prevent their ending up like that? Spending holidays together (maybe making a Christmas blend of coffee?) or maybe working to cheer up any other patron? What if they'd met more before Kotone's grandfather died? Spending time with other patrons (playing an otome game with Il, taking care of Kororo, a party with the other patrons)? Reading a book together (or separately)? Or choosing a book for each other? AUs are very welcome as well!

月刊少女野崎くん | Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

Nozaki Umetarou, Sakura Chiyo

Notes:
I've watched the entire anime (with the extras) and am reading the manga. As stated above, I plan to keep reading the manga as chapters are made available in English, so feel free to use elements/knowledge from chapters that come out between now and Yuletide!

Canon:
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is a slice-of-life manga about a male high school student (Nozaki) who asks his classmate to help him with it after she accidentally says "I'm your fan" instead of actually confessing her like for him. Subsequent chapters revolve around Nozaki's depicting love even not having any practical experience and the ensemble cast he draws inspiration from.

Comments:
Sakura and Nozaki's relationship has grown so much from their first meeting! For all that Nozaki is oblivious to love, he is direct with the fact that Sakura is important to him. Still, his words does bring much confusion which is part of the charm of this manga. Only Nozaki could pull out so many lines like 'would you like to come over' and it all becomes manga related in the end :) As Sakura gets to know Nozaki more she finds more things to love about him (although it doesn't stop her from trying to guide him when he's going down the totally wrong path of his assumptions). Their relationship of supporting each other in Nozaki's quest to give Mamiko and Suzuki love (and proper beta) is wonderful.

Prompts:
How would they finally, finally get together? (And does it involve his manga in any way? Maybe he starts pulling moves he's drawn for his manga and Sakura doesn't understand because she thinks it's 'research'.) Will Nozaki ever remember how they first met (and Sakura's unintended inspiring of Mamiko's hairstyle) and what would happen if he did? Does Sakura ever wear the sailor uniform for Nozaki? (Or anything he asks her to 'for research'?) What kind of dates/"dates" do they go on? What if they worked on another manga together? (A one-shot, maybe? Another series running concurrently?) What if someone else finally told Nozaki about Sakura's feelings? (Or an offshoot - a deeper thinking of his relationship with Sakura and what this could lead to?) What if Nozaki decides to help Sakura with a project she has as repayment? (For example, maybe Sakura writes a novel and he gives insight?) Playing an otome game or galge together? Christmas not-date dates? School festival/athletics day/other school event shenanigans? A successful love confession for Sakura (or all the hilarious ways she could fail)? More investigations of common shoujo manga scenarios that aren't feasible in real life? More meetings with their siblings?

AUs are welcome - in any other circumstances, how would these two have met (and hopefully fall for each other)? What if Nozaki had been the first one to approach Sakura instead of what happened in canon because of her skills in art? Fairytale AUs?

Hakuouki
Iba Hachiro, Yukimura Chizuru

Notes: I have played the original game, the remake on PS Vita (both Kyoto Winds and Edo Blossoms) and watched the anime series, OAVs, and the movies. I'm looking forward to the localization of Hakuouki SSL (although Iba is not there)!

Canon:
Hakuouki is a visual novel (adapted into an anime series/OAV/movies and recently remade with new routes for the PS Vita) about Yukimura Chizuru, who has come to Kyoto to look for her missing father. When she gets into trouble, she is saved by the Shinsengumi, who are also looking for her father. She stays with them while searching and in doing so, finds out what secrets the organization has (and finds love along the way, if one chooses). I was very surprised to find how fond I was of Iba's route and Iba and Chizuru's relationship (surprise childhood friendship romance!) when playing the latest games. Really enjoyed their relationship and Iba's putting Chizuru's safety above himself no matter what. After playing his route, I felt so conflicted knowing I could never interact with him in other routes (only one token appearance allowed really so I could trigger the other routes which he almost never appears in, ugh).

Prompts:
Life post game, where would they settle down (in Edo? Or somewhere else, maybe near Senhime?)? Raising children? When Chizuru first went to Kyoto and she was in trouble, what if Iba was the one to first find her and save her? (Whether he takes her elsewhere or to the Shinsengumi as well, who knows?) Missing scenes from their childhood - first introductions, how they played together, Iba's growing feelings for her... Maybe Iba helps her with some swordsmanship training? Silly moments together!

Main Character here is really strong and work driven and suffers a lot to get her happy ending. Immediately thrown into a hostile environment, she has to make people work together while finding out anyone who is actively sabotaging her team's work. She has a tough image yet a soft side as well, especially when it comes to her cat.

Prompts:
I'd like to see anything about the MC post-game, any missing scenes, or changes to the main story. What if the non-liar/other coworkers had worked with her more openly? What does the reformed (cleaned up) D-Team work on next? What is her future like?

Since it is confirmed that all three Liar! games happen in the same universe, I would also love a fic where any two or all three of the MCs meet up in some way, maybe with relation to work or to their love issues.

I love these two and I really liked their interactions, but the route itself... and the ending... AHHHHHHHH. (Those who have played will understand.) I felt so unsatisfied. I wish they had a better ending!

Just... any fix-it if possible? Explore what could happen post-route between these two given their circumstances? Or maybe what could have happened to prevent their ending up like that? She is told by a fortuneteller that she will find her perfect match, but she must make sure to find out the lies of her other suitors.

Comments:
I really appreciate MC here in this game, she has to put up with a lot before her happy ending (and in the events and the lover's ends as well). She knows what she wants and won't let herself settle/accept lies. She's strong and driven.

Prompts:
I'd like to see anything about the MC post-game, any missing scenes, or changes to the main story. Does she advance in her position at her company, maybe even working abroad? Does she realize how fond she is of her coworker Ayumi? What was she like when she was younger? Does she take any more advice from the fortuneteller or her friend Yuri and apply such to her life?

For shipping: I do ship her with Mamiya Haruichi, Shiga Shotaro, Yuikawa Itaru, and Kagami Kazumi. If ever, I'd love to see anything about them together, maybe an expansion of the Lover Ends or the Liar Files about them, or even what happens if they met in a different way.

The Main Character, after breaking up with her boyfriend, is transferred to an underperforming team to lead it; in doing so, she must find out what each of her coworkers might be hiding/lying about to protect her job and also in finding the non-liar that will be her partner in life/work.

Comments:
Main Character here is really strong and work driven and suffers a lot to get her happy ending. Immediately thrown into a hostile environment, she has to make people work together while finding out anyone who is actively sabotaging her team's work. She has a tough image yet a soft side as well, especially when it comes to her cat.

Prompts:
I'd like to see anything about the MC post-game, any missing scenes, or changes to the main story. What if the non-liar/other coworkers had worked with her more openly? What does the reformed (cleaned up) D-Team work on next?

Since it is confirmed that all three Liar! games happen in the same universe, I would also love a fic where any two or all three of them meet up in some way, maybe with relation to work or to their love issues.

I really like this season because of the many interactions the Main Character has with both female and male liars and non-liars and how she does her best to present a good image of herself while being an anime nerd deep inside. She had a lot to deal with and even with so many people lying to her, she does get to the happy end with her guts/intelligence and even if it's heartbreaking for her.

Prompts:
I'd like to see anything about the MC post-game, any missing scenes, or changes to the main story. How is her work post graduation? What happens with her family's business? Does she continue modeling or maybe change careers? What if something had changed during the game - for example, taking an interest in the Knave of Diamonds earlier or discovering a certain blog beforehand, maybe trying to maintain a relationship/friendship with a Liar even post exposure?

Since it is confirmed that all three Liar! games happen in the same universe, I would also love a fic where any two or all three of them meet up in some way, maybe with relation to work or to their love issues.

Originally a R-18 PC game, an all-ages version has recently been localized and ported to Nintendo Switch and Steam this year.

Comments:
I really like Naala. Despite her circumstances being less than ideal, she is able to assert herself (and her assertiveness is the key to getting the good endings in the game). She is loyal, resourceful, and brave, no matter what she needs to do (diplomatically, fighting, etc.).

Prompts:
I would like to see more of Naala post game, what she's doing (whether back in her home country or in Nasla). Does she become more proactive in politics, maybe training women to fight? Does she travel to far away lands? What if she had come to Nasla in a more peaceful way (diplomacy, maybe there was no war)? In a different setting, what would Naala be doing?

For pairings (if applicable), I ship her with Esta, Nohl, Ruzi, Suren, and Touya. I'd like to see her interacting with her loved one, maybe celebrating holidays together or traveling together, maybe planning a surprise for the other. Does she involve herself in the work of her partner? Or does she find her own work that they support? In a different setting, how would she meet her partner? I'd prefer a more happy tone for these prompts instead of the tone of the bad endings of this game.

Comments:
I love these two and I really liked their interactions, but the route itself... and the ending... AHHHHHHHH. (Those who have played will understand.) I felt so unsatisfied. I wish they had a better ending!

Prompts:
Just... a fix it. LOL. Explore what could happen post-route between these two given their circumstances? Or maybe what could have happened to prevent their ending up like that? Spending holidays together (maybe making a Christmas blend of coffee?) or maybe working to cheer up any other patron? What if they'd met more before Kotone's grandfather died? Spending time with other patrons (playing an otome game with Il, taking care of Kororo, a party with the other patrons)? Reading a book together (or separately)? Or choosing a book for each other? I was really curious about Kaname and MC's relationship before and during the game (their being in the karuta club together and working hard all those years) and when he developed feelings for her. The moments in 5th Liar where she took note of Kaname even after the betrayal... I wish he had a love route...

Karuta club days? What if Kaname had been more obvious during the early parts of the game about his attraction to the main character? What if MC had handled Kaname's deception in a different way? What if post-4th Liar, they still found a way to be with each other? Maybe during the Karuta finals or after that? (How did Kaname improve after his slump midway during the tournament? What if MC had gone to talk to him before the tournament ended or right after it?) What if Kaname had been MC's parents' selected omiai partner at the start? An expansion of the Love ending? What if Kaname had handled finding MC in the underground party hallways differently? Akaza is the head of the Kotowari, an organization that is trying to improve conditions on the Island for everyone, especially those who are considered of lower status and is the one who orders Olympia to choose a husband within one year, or he will take the responsibility (of being her husband).

Comments:
AHHHHH I did not expect to like these two (after their first encounter with the ultimatum!)! But I was so surprised and I love their interactions! Akaza's faith in their love and refuting fate! Their teasing each other! I wished that route could go on forever!

Prompts:
Their life post-route? Will they be able to completely erase the oppressive rules of the Island together? What would life be like for them after marriage? (With children, with Olympia becoming the natural head of her group and Akaza of his?) Sneaking away from official duties together to go to the "hideout"/dates? Spending time in Yomi together (maybe with help from Yosuga, etc.)? What if their first meeting had been different? Perhaps bonding with their soon-to-be in-laws?

The three times Bettie and Lear have faced off in the PML arc has shown how much Lear has grown and his respect for Bettie as well. From disdain to grudging respect to after their semifinal match where he tells her to win the finals against Red's Team... AHHHHHHHH, my heart. Thank you DeNA. And another tournament announced where he expects to battle her again? Just perfect. And recent event where he makes Bettie fight the winner of the tournament (Ash)? And Lear complimenting Bettie and making her help him with new people arriving on Pasio? Oh Lear.

The three times Bettie and Lear have faced off in the PML arc has shown how much Lear has grown and his respect for Bettie as well. From disdain to grudging respect to after their semifinal match where he tells her to win the finals against Red's Team... AHHHHHHHH, my heart. Thank you DeNA. And another tournament announced where he expects to battle her again? Just perfect.

Canon:
Korean TV show on Netflix about people with crippling debt lured into playing children's games for a lot of money with deadly consequences if they fail. Kang Sae-byeok and Ji-yeong are two players who, after a game causes the former to invite the latter to join her group, become somewhat close, given the circumstances.

Comments:
I wish we had more time with these two together! What could have been, I was crying at the climax of the marbles episode because of these two... If only we had more time with them... I love how Ji-yeong was able to make Kang Sae-byeok open up, even with the tragic end to their relationship. I ship them both and love them as friends <3

Prompts:
What if Ji-yeong and Kang Sae-byeok had been dumped together after the vote to cancel instead? Could something have changed? A way for these two to get to go to Jeju Island somehow~ Could they have met without the games? Could there have been a way to survive the marbles game together? Reincarnation fic? I've played all three games!

Canon:
Code: Realize is about Cardia (an sheltered young girl who has poison in her and thus cannot touch anything without it disintegrating) who is found by Lupin who 'steals her away'. They make a promise: for her Horologium, which he needs, he'll then help her to experience the feeling of touching someone (by finding a way to cure her poison). They also have the common goal of finding her missing father, Isaac Beckford. Cardia, has been told not to fall in love by her father 'because she is a monster' but in the course of the game falls in love (with one of the many eligible bachelors that she grows to know well).

Comments:
Lupin is officially the true route of Code: Realize (because of all the revelations and because this is the only route that really resolves Cardia's poison) and their relationship is present even in all other routes. Cardia mentions in certain routes that Lupin 'saved her' by stealing her away (and opening her mind to the world that she'd avoided because she was scared of hurting people with her poison) and Lupin, in all routes, takes happiness in doing so and watching her gain emotions and fall in love with whoever she chooses. There is a wistfulness in his voice in certain routes when he talks about her loving someone else and in one route, when he sees she's hurt because the one she loves has hurt her he tells her that if there's any danger to her he'll take her away and keep her safe. In his own route he understands her so well to know where she goes when she runs off to protect them and comes to save her when she's kidnapped as well. Along with the dramatic moments, there are a lot of silly moments between them which I also love.

Comments:
Oh, I love these two together! How Ciel teases Anton and he either goes along with it and is very straightforward or just refuses flat out (the 'flirt' incident) and how devoted he is to her! Anton's selflessness of choosing to protect Ciel by erasing her memories of the year he was her knight because of how pained she was from always remembering how he got hurt protecting her... My heart. I adore how Ciel seems to be the more forward of them yet Anton decides to confess first anyway!

Prompts:
Missing scenes from the year that Anton was Ciel's knight? (Pre-feelings or with mutual starting of feelings?) Their first kiss (whether at the wedding or not)? Anton actually does try to flirt for some reason or another (perhaps to protect them while adventuring)? Their first holiday as a couple (Christmas, birthday, Valentine's Day)? A proposal? I honestly did not expect to love Ulrik and Cyrus, but I do, they are my favorite couple in Steam Prison! The banter between them, the sweet moments, Ulrik being bashful when caught being vulnerable or doing nice things, Cyrus and he being both new to love.

Note:
I've played the entire game and the Future Blessings fandisk, but not Wintertide Miracles yet.

Canon:
Code: Realize is about Cardia (an sheltered young girl who has poison in her and thus cannot touch anything without it disintegrating) who is found by Lupin who 'steals her away'. They make a promise: for her Horologium, which he needs, he'll then help her to experience the feeling of touching someone (by finding a way to cure her poison). They also have the common goal of finding her missing father, Isaac Beckford. Cardia, has been told not to fall in love by her father 'because she is a monster' but in the course of the game falls in love (with one of the many eligible bachelors that she grows to know well).

Comments:
Lupin is essentially the true route of Code: Realize (because of all the revelations and because this is the only route that really resolves Cardia's poison) and their relationship is present even in all other routes. Cardia mentions in certain routes that Lupin 'saved her' by stealing her away (and opening her mind to the world that she'd avoided because she was scared of hurting people with her poison) and Lupin, in all routes, takes happiness in doing so and watching her gain emotions and fall in love with whoever she chooses. There is a wistfulness in his voice in certain routes when he talks about her loving someone else and in one route, when he sees she's hurt because the one she loves has hurt her he tells her that if there's any danger to her he'll take her away and keep her safe. In his own route he understands her so well to know where she goes when she runs off to protect them and comes to save her when she's kidnapped as well. Along with the dramatic moments, there are a lot of silly moments between them which I also love.

Prompts:
Missing scenes during the Cardia training chapter 'A Girl's Education' or anywhere else during the game! Post-canon scenes of their life together! (Going on adventures together, Lupin teaching Cardia more things about being a great thief or things not related to thievery, etc. Cardia possibly assisting Lupin in a heist?) Seeing them years down the road. Visiting one of their friends? Cardia helping Lupin to outwit Sholmes? Writing letters to each other when separated? Training Sisi together? Collar x Malice (Visual Novel)
Hoshino Ichika, Yanagi Aiji

Notes:
I've played the entire game (all routes and endings) and am anticipating the fandisk localization!

Canon:
Collar x Malice is a visual novel about a rookie cop Hoshino Ichika and her deepening involvement in the crimes of 'X-day', which has gripped the area of Shinjuku for months. She is forced to investigate the crimes after being 'collared' by the organization behind 'X-Day' with a group of individuals who have their own personal reasons for investigating said crimes. It's available on PS Vita and a localized port of both the original game and the fandisk has been announced for Switch next year!

Comments:
Yanagi Aiji is essentially the true route for Collar x Malice (unlocked only after finishing all other routes and is the only route that reveals all the secrets behind X-Day) and I have a soft spot for him and his relationship with Ichika (especially when he starts showing his vulnerability to her, since this isn't seen in other routes). In other routes, one observes how careful he is in interacting with her and only really letting her get close on his route, possibly because of their shared past (and his not wanting her to remember such). While Collar x Malice is generally a serious visual novel the little fragments of fluff we do get between them are sweet, for example with Yanagi being teased about being an old man when with her and a lost child and when he announces their relationship to the group matter-of-factly during the party.

Prompts:
I really like these two working together, whether or not they are together. Maybe they work on another case post-game? It'd be interesting to also try exploring some of the normal endings and their finding each other again. Lighter moments would be nice too, for example their going out for drinks, maybe Yanagi gets to taste Hoshino's food? Rallying the group for a party/event? What kind of presents do they give each other? If they date, do the other guys spy on them? Exploring the change in dynamic of their relationship post-game would be nice! Going on a trip together for vacation and maybe stumbling on a situation? Maybe one of them gets jealous over the other getting attention from the opposite/same sex? Growing older together! Teaching each other something (silly or serious)?

AUs are very welcome. What if Hoshino had realized immediately who Yanagi was (or before the time it was revealed in the game)? Or what if they worked together on the force before Yanagi left - what kind of relationship would they have? In a different life, how would they have met?

Notes: I have played the original game, the remake on PS Vita (both Kyoto Winds and Edo Blossoms) and watched the anime series, OAVs, and the movies.

Canon:
Hakuouki is a visual novel (adapted into an anime series/OAV/movies and recently remade with new routes for the PS Vita) about Yukimura Chizuru, who has come to Kyoto to look for her missing father. When she gets into trouble, she is saved by the Shinsengumi, who are also looking for her father. She stays with them while searching and in doing so, finds out what secrets the organization has (and finds love along the way, if one chooses). Iba Hachiro only appears in the latest two games currently on PS Vita/PC: Kyoto Winds and Edo Blossoms.

Comments:
I was very surprised to find how fond I was of Iba's route and Iba and Chizuru's relationship (surprise childhood friendship romance!) when playing the latest games. Really enjoyed their relationship and Iba's putting Chizuru's safety above himself no matter what. After playing his route, I felt so conflicted knowing I could never interact with him in other routes (only one token appearance allowed really so I could trigger the other routes which he almost never appears in, augh).

Prompts:
Life post game, where would they settle down (in Edo? Or somewhere else, maybe near Senhime?)? Raising children? When Chizuru first went to Kyoto and she was in trouble, what if Iba was the one to first find her and save her? (Whether he takes her elsewhere or to the Shinsengumi as well, who knows?) Missing scenes from their childhood - first introductions, how they played together, Iba's growing feelings for her... Maybe Iba helps her with some swordsmanship training? Silly moments together!

AUs are very welcome! If Iba was in SSL, what would he be - a senpai, a teacher and how would he and Chizuru interact and what would their romance be like? Fairytale AUs?

Oh, I love these two together! How Ciel teases Anton and he either goes along with it and is very straightforward or just refuses flat out (the 'flirt' incident) and how devoted he is to her! Anton's selflessness of choosing to protect Ciel by erasing her memories of the year he was her knight because of how pained she was from always remembering how he got hurt protecting her... My heart. I adore how Ciel seems to be the more forward of them yet Anton decides to confess first anyway!

Nagakura Shinpachi/Yukimura Chizuru: Post-war, they find each other (from any of the original 6 routes). Would he take her away from the Shinsengumi when he breaks ties with it? They go on silly adventures together (much to the consternation of everyone else) during the game. Nagakura and Chizuru decide to be the wingman/wingwoman for each other (with possibly hilarious results). Raising children together post-Nagakura's route in Edo Blossoms.
Okita Souji/Yukimura Chizuru: Ways Okita decides to wake Chizuru up from deep sleep (or vice versa). Reincarnation fic. He makes her accompany him on errands for the silliest reasons. Okita decides to write Chizuru poems (to also best Hijikata's poor efforts) but it gets to the wrong person instead.
Saitou Hajime/Yukimura Chizuru: Chizuru surprises Saitou unexpectedly with something (pregnancy, a pet, something he's wanted for a long time). Making Saitou blush. How Saitou takes care of Chizuru even without her knowing it (in many ways). Saitou decides to give Chizuru lessons in swordsmanship.
Senhime/Yukimura Chizuru: How a Sen route would have gone (maybe Chizuru accepts Senhime's offer in the common route or she runs across Senhime first when she gets to Kyoto). Finding each other post-war (maybe the normal ending?).

Arsène Lupin, Cardia Beckford

Note:
I've played the entire game and am awaiting the fandisk localization that's promised to come out next year and am planning to watch the anime that's just come out. Feel free to use promotional material that's been released for the fandisks!

Canon:
Code: Realize is about Cardia (an sheltered young girl who has poison in her and thus cannot touch anything without it disintegrating) who is found by Lupin who 'steals her away'. They make a promise: for her Horologium, which he needs, he'll then help her to experience the feeling of touching someone (by finding a way to cure her poison). They also have the common goal of finding her missing father, Isaac Beckford. Cardia, has been told not to fall in love by her father 'because she is a monster' but in the course of the game falls in love (with one of the many eligible bachelors that she grows to know well).

Comments:
Lupin is essentially the true route of Code: Realize (because of all the revelations and because this is the only route that really resolves Cardia's poison) and their relationship is present even in all other routes. Cardia mentions in certain routes that Lupin 'saved her' by stealing her away (and opening her mind to the world that she'd avoided because she was scared of hurting people with her poison) and Lupin, in all routes, takes happiness in doing so and watching her gain emotions and fall in love with whoever she chooses. There is a wistfulness in his voice in certain routes when he talks about her loving someone else and in one route, when he sees she's hurt because the one she loves has hurt her he tells her that if there's any danger to her he'll take her away and keep her safe. In his own route he understands her so well to know where she goes when she runs off to protect them and comes to save her when she's kidnapped as well. Along with the dramatic moments, there are a lot of silly moments between them which I also love.

Prompts:
Missing scenes during the Cardia training chapter 'A Girl's Education' or anywhere else during the game! Post-canon scenes of their life together! (Going on adventures together, Lupin teaching Cardia more things about being a great thief or things not related to thievery, etc. Cardia possibly assisting Lupin in a heist?) Seeing them years down the road. Visiting one of their friends? Cardia helping Lupin to outwit Sholmes? Writing letters to each other when separated? Training Sisi together? Adopting children together (and Cardia possibly trying to stop Lupin from making them all thieves)? Traveling the world together? Planning surprises for each other? Lupin teasing Cardia and her finding a way to tease him back? (Potentially with suggestions from friends/Sholmes?)

AUs are welcome. In what other circumstances could they have met? What if Lupin had taken Cardia away during the Saint-Germain route? Or specifically, post-Normal ends of the other routes, could something bloom between them after those? (For example, during Van's Normal end route, perhaps Lupin helps Cardia adjust to her role as a diplomat? Or with Saint-Germain's route, perhaps he finds her in her new role and stops her?) Fairytale AUs?

Collar x Malice
Hoshino Ichika, Yanagi Aiji

Notes:
I've played the entire game (all routes and endings) and am anticipating the fandisk coming out soon (and hoping for a localization).

Canon:
Collar x Malice is a visual novel about a rookie cop Hoshino Ichika and her deepening involvement in the crimes of 'X-day', which has gripped the area of Shinjuku for months. She is forced to investigate the crimes after being 'collared' by the organization behind 'X-Day' with a group of individuals who have their own personal reasons for investigating said crimes. It's available on PS Vita and a fandisk has just been announced for Japan.

Comments:
Yanagi Aiji is essentially the true route for Collar x Malice (unlocked only after finishing all other routes and is the only route that reveals all the secrets behind X-Day) and I have a soft spot for him and his relationship with Ichika (especially when he starts showing his vulnerability to her, since this isn't seen in other routes). In other routes, one observes how careful he is in interacting with her and only really letting her get close on his route, possibly because of their shared past (and his not wanting her to remember such). While Collar x Malice is generally a serious visual novel the little fragments of fluff we do get between them are sweet, for example with Yanagi being teased about being an old man when with her and a lost child and when he announces their relationship to the group matter-of-factly during the party.

Prompts:
I really like these two working together, whether or not they are together. Maybe they work on another case post-game? It'd be interesting to also try exploring some of the normal endings and their finding each other again. Lighter moments would be nice too, for example their going out for drinks, maybe Yanagi gets to taste Hoshino's food? Rallying the group for a party/event? What kind of presents do they give each other? If they date, do the other guys spy on them? Exploring the change in dynamic of their relationship post-game would be nice! Going on a trip together for vacation and maybe stumbling on a situation? Maybe one of them gets jealous over the other getting attention from the opposite/same sex? Growing older together! Teaching each other something (silly or serious)?

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

Liar! Scheming Socialites
Main Character, Yagami Haruki

Notes:
I have played through the entirety of Liar and Liar! Office and Liar! Scheming Socialites and all the events released so far in English and have almost all the Liar Files released in English.

Canon:
Liar! Scheming Socialites is the second spin-off/sequel of Liar! Uncover the Truth and like its predecessors, it is a a visual novel that revolves around the Main Character exposing lies of her co-workers (not potential lovers like the first game alone, though many do express romantic interest in her). The Main Character, after breaking up with her boyfriend/fiance, now has to find a new fiance and also eliminate all the liars around her (both friends and possible lovers) while deciding what she wants to do after finishing college.

Comments:
I was very invested in the MC and Haru's relationship which was very different to the other relationships she had with the other characters in this game. Compared to the other suitors, Haru knows MC more because of his working for her family and seeing her at home (and knows what she hides from others). The finale for me was obvious but was also heartbreaking especially at the confrontation...

Prompts:
I'd love a possible option where Haru is the person the Main Character ends up with (whether the events of the 9th Liar happen or not). I'd also love missing scenes during the game or more of their life together before the game started. What does Haru think of all the people MC met and at any point could he have stepped in and done more, maybe? Or maybe MC finds out Haru's secret much earlier and tries to stop him? Holiday cheer with these two would be welcome as well! Does what happens to Haru at the end change MC's decision on what to do with her life?

AUs of any kind are welcome here from rewriting the game plot to a completely different setting.

Period Cube: Shackles of Amadeus
Hanamiya Kazuha, Yuuki Natsu

Notes:
I have played the game and finished all routes/endings. I have not read any translation of the drama CDs.

Canon:
Period Cube is a visual novel revolving around Hanamiya Kazuha who, in looking for her missing brother, is pulled into the mysterious online game Arcadia with her friend Hiroya and is assigned in game the status of Amadeus, a powerful weapon that is needed to finish the game. Her status as a very important person (despite not being familiar with online games in any way) and her desire to find her brother leads her to meet many different people, some of whom can be romanced. Yuuki Natsu is the mysterious person that appears to Kazuha in each route giving her hints on how to save herself and how to stop whatever plan the villain in each route has, but cannot leave the world of Arcadia.

Comments:
Kazuha encounters Natsu in every route and it's clear that there's no way Kazuha can achieve any good ending without his help. I always felt that if they had met each other in real life they would get along well, and even her brother mentions that he didn't want this to happen because he felt the same way. Their encounters with each other are very brief, almost always interrupted, and end bittersweetly on every route (especially when one knows the truth behind Natsu's identity) and I ended Period Cube wishing he was the true route instead of... well, the true route.

Prompts:
What if there was more to the fact that Kazuha always is able to see Natsu in game than just being Amadeus? What if these two had met before the events of the game, maybe become friends (against her brother's will)? Post-game fic where Kazuha is able to somehow find a way (maybe with other players that have survived) to talk to him again? What if he was still alive during the game and still tried to reach out to Kazuha/or they run into each other? What if Kazuha had somehow gotten an invite to Arcadia before the events of the game and caught his eye? How would a Natsu route go, a full route or maybe a spin-off from some of the other routes (for example Poyo-Poyo's/Demento's routes)?

AUs are very much welcome. Reincarnation fic, maybe different situation where they come to meet? Secret friendships kept from her brother? What if what was offered to Kazuha in Poyo-poyo's good ending to resolve everything was used for Natsu instead? What if they met in a different game?

Yandere Kanojo

Shiratori Tsubasa, Yoshimoto Hijiri

Note:
I've finished reading both versions of the manga, which are available online.

Canon:
Yandere Kanojo is a slice of life manga about the delinquent Ryuuzaki Reina and her boyfriend, honor student Tanaka Manabu and their friends Shiratori Tsubasa and Yoshimoto Hijiri. Alternating between comedy and drama (more on the latter part), this manga showcases an ensemble of memorable characters and frequently smashes the fourth wall. Compared to Reina and Tanaka who actually get together in literally the first chapter, Yoshimoto and Shiratori take a fair amount of time to get to know each other and then eventually, fall in love. (Confessing these feelings to each other is a whole other matter.)

Comments:
There is so much I love about these two! It's clear they're both curious about each other from the start (maybe Hijiri more than Shiratori), but over the course of the series one sees how they both care about each other. Hijiri is the braver of the two, considering she confesses her love on national television and defends her right to be his girlfriend from bullies as well, but Shiratori has his own special moments as well (the time he cuts her hair for her after the ends are ruined by paint is the moment she realizes she's in love with him and the moment I realize how much I love the two of them together). While Shiratori thinks Hijiri's too good for him and he has no idea why she likes him (and many laughingly agree with him), Hijiri sees the good in Shiratori and loves him for his faults as well (his Tanaka complex, his shyness when it comes to actually expressing feelings, etc.).

Prompts:

How does their senior year go? (Are they roped into helping with the Student Council?) How will they find time for each other? Hilarious shy moments between the two of them? Double dates with Tanaka + Reina? A proper meeting between Hijiri and Shiratori's younger sister? (And elder sister?) Spending Christmas together, what kind of date do they have? (Will Shiratori overthink it?) Hijiri's the more open of the two about their relationship when talking to others, how about more times when Shiratori has to step up? How would Shiratori's proposal to HIjiri go in the future? (And does he require help of the epic kind? Does he mess up?) Emails to each other when they can't see each other so much? Planning surprises for each other? (And possibly requiring help from their friends - maybe Shiratori more than Yoshimoto?) Hoshino Ichika/Yanagi Aiji: Maybe they work on another case post-game? It'd be interesting to also try exploring some of the normal endings and their finding each other again. Lighter moments would be nice too, for example their going out for drinks, maybe Yanagi gets to taste Hoshino's food? Rallying the group for a party/event? What kind of presents do they give each other? If they date, do the other guys spy on them? Exploring the change in dynamic of their relationship post-game would be nice! Going on a trip together for vacation and maybe stumbling on a situation? Maybe one of them gets jealous over the other getting attention from the opposite/same sex? Growing older together! Teaching each other something (silly or serious)? What if Hoshino had realized immediately who Yanagi was (or before the time it was revealed in the game)? Nagakura and Chizuru decide to be the wingman/wingwoman for each other (with possibly hilarious results).
Okita Souji/Yukimura Chizuru: Ways Okita decides to wake Chizuru up from deep sleep (or vice versa). Reincarnation fic. He makes her accompany him on errands for the silliest reasons. Okita decides to write Chizuru poems (to also best Hijikata's poor efforts) but it gets to the wrong person instead.
Saitou Hajime/Yukimura Chizuru:  Chizuru surprises Saitou unexpectedly with something (pregnancy, a pet, something he's wanted for a long time). Making Saitou blush. How Saitou takes care of Chizuru even without her knowing it (in many ways). Saitou decides to give Chizuru lessons in swordsmanship.

Code: Realize

Arsène Lupin, Cardia Beckford

Canon:
Code: Realize is about Cardia (an sheltered young girl who has poison in her and thus cannot touch anything without it disintegrating) who is found by Lupin who 'steals her away'. They make a promise: for her Horologium, which he needs, he'll then help her to experience the feeling of touching someone (by finding a way to cure her poison). They also have the common goal of finding her missing father, Isaac Beckford. Cardia, has been told not to fall in love by her father 'because she is a monster' but in the course of the game falls in love (with one of the many eligible bachelors that she grows to know well).

Comments:
Lupin is essentially the true route of Code: Realize (because of all the revelations and because this is the only route that really resolves Cardia's poison) and their relationship is present even in all other routes. Cardia mentions in certain routes that Lupin 'saved her' by stealing her away (and opening her mind to the world that she'd avoided because she was scared of hurting people with her poison) and Lupin, in all routes, takes happiness in doing so and watching her gain emotions and fall in love with whoever she chooses. There is a wistfulness in his voice in certain routes when he talks about her loving someone else and in one route, when he sees she's hurt because the one she loves has hurt her he tells her that if there's any danger to her he'll take her away and keep her safe. In his own route he understands her so well to know where she goes when she runs off to protect them and comes to save her when she's kidnapped as well. Along with the dramatic moments, there are a lot of silly moments between them which I also love.

Prompts:
Missing scenes during the Cardia training chapter 'A Girl's Education' or anywhere else during the game! Post-canon scenes of their life together! (Going on adventures together, Lupin teaching Cardia more things about being a great thief or things not related to thievery, etc. Cardia possibly assisting Lupin in a heist?) Seeing them years down the road. Visiting one of their friends? Cardia helping Lupin to outwit Sholmes? Writing letters to each other when separated? Training Sisi together? I have played through the entirety of Liar and Liar! Office and all the events released so far in English and have almost all the Liar Files released in English (just missing one for Sotaro).

Canon:
Liar! Office is the spin-off/sequel of Liar! Uncover the Truth and like its predecessor, it is a a visual novel that revolves around the Main Character exposing lies of her co-workers (not potential lovers like the first game, though many do express romantic interest in her). The Main Character, after having her boyfriend stolen by her at the time best friend (soon to be worst enemy), is suddenly assigned to head a team full of talented people who just can't seem to succeed as a team (before her assignment). It's her task to whittle down all the liars to find out who is the perfect work partner for her as well as get revenge on the people who've wronged her by succeeding with D-Team on their latest assignment.

Comments:
I really like MC and her confidence in doing her job, and was heavily invested in finishing the game to see what happened in the end. I had a soft spot for Kohei, whose interactions with MC as they got to know each other were adorable. Of course, he has his own lie that ended up eliminating him from the potential partner list, but compared to the other lies... well, I'm still fond of him, even though what he did was wrong. I also like that he still tried his best to help MC even when he had no chance with her anymore...

Prompts:
Could there be a way that even after the reveal of Kohei's lie that these two get together? (Especially after Kohei keeps working to help the MC?) Lighter moments between the two where they get to know each other? Being asked to work on a project together, just the two of them? What if Kohei and MC had worked with each other before the events of Liar! Office or met in some other way? Or what if Kohei had talked to MC the first time he saw her? What if Kohei had been able to avoid getting injured and continued to actively work on unmasking the rest of the liars with MC - could that lead to trust coming back?

In different circumstances, how would these two have found each other? All the AUs are very welcome.

Period Cube: Shackles of Amadeus
Hanamiya Kazuha, Yuuki Natsu

Notes:
I have played the game and finished all routes/endings. I have not read any translation of the drama CDs.

Canon:
Period Cube is a visual novel revolving around Hanamiya Kazuha who, in looking for her missing brother, is pulled into the mysterious online game Arcadia with her friend Hiroya and is assigned in game the status of Amadeus, a powerful weapon that is needed to finish the game. Her status as a very important person (despite not being familiar with online games in any way) and her desire to find her brother leads her to meet many different people, some of whom can be romanced. Yuuki Natsu is the mysterious person that appears to Kazuha in each route giving her hints on how to save herself and how to stop whatever plan the villain in each route has, but cannot leave the world of Arcadia.

Comments:
Kazuha encounters Natsu in every route and it's clear that there's no way Kazuha can achieve any good ending without his help. I always felt that if they had met each other in real life they would get along well, and even her brother mentions that he didn't want this to happen because he felt the same way. Their encounters with each other are very brief, almost always interrupted, and end bittersweetly on every route (especially when one knows the truth behind Natsu's identity) and I ended Period Cube wishing he was the true route instead of... well, the true route.

Prompts:
What if there was more to the fact that Kazuha always is able to see Natsu in game than just being Amadeus? What if these two had met before the events of the game, maybe become friends (against her brother's will)? Post-game fic where Kazuha is able to somehow find a way (maybe with other players that have survived) to talk to him again? What if he was still alive during the game and still tried to reach out to Kazuha/or they run into each other? What if Kazuha had somehow gotten an invite to Arcadia before the events of the game and caught his eye? How would a Natsu route go, a full route or maybe a spin-off from some of the other routes (for example Poyo-Poyo's/Demento's routes)?

AUs are very much welcome. Reincarnation fic, maybe different situation where they come to meet? Secret friendships kept from her brother? What if what was offered to Kazuha in Poyo-poyo's good ending to resolve everything was used for Natsu instead? What if they met in a different game?

Amnesia (Game & Anime)

Heroine, Orion

Note:
I have finished Amnesia: Memories. Some prompts I've given have been somewhat addressed in untranslated game sequels; feel free to use details from there or have your own take on them! I have also watched the anime as well, if that is your preferred medium of choice! I don't have a preferred name for the Heroine, feel free to give her any name you wish!

Canon:
Amnesia is a video game series (an otome game which has had sequels and has been adapted into an anime) where you play as a girl who loses her memories because a spirit named Orion collided with her mind. Based on the choices one makes, you then find out what her relationship is to guys she apparently know (whether as friend, boyfriend, etc.) and try to regain her memories while avoiding the numerous bad ends available. The original game was translated in English and is available on PC/PS Vita/iOS/Android.

Comments:
One of the reasons I loved Amnesia was the relationship the main character had with Orion and how it evolved from confusion ('bug-shaped thing') to a wonderful companionship which was seen in all the routes. The first time Orion said he had to leave, I honestly almost cried. ORIONNNN. And especially in Toma's/Ukyo's routes, I really felt how much Orion cared for the Heroine and how much she did care for him, especially at the end. (I feel that their relationship is actually the strongest in the series.)

Prompts:
Post-canon, how would Heroine and Orion meet again properly? (Would they realize that they've spent time together sharing one mind?) Does Orion help Heroine with any problems with her chosen lover (maybe gift-buying/planning a surprise)? Does Heroine show/teach Orion things in real life? What kinds of misadventures could they encounter together with both of them human (maybe investigating Waka's past or possibly spying on Ikki and Kent doing their math challenges)? (Do they play fighting/rpg games whenever they can?) How would an Orion romance route go (would he suddenly grow up by magical means and then steal her away from all the guys or maybe an offshoot of other routes)? Is there a soul link that remains from their experiences together or any lasting repercussions/long term effects (and how will they deal with it)?

AUs are very welcome - in what other circumstances could these two meet (and what kind of special bond would they have)? Branching off from bad endings of certain routes, maybe Orion finds a way to help her? (For example, Toma's bad route endings.) Or maybe mid game in certain routes?

I ship the heroine with Kent, Ikki, Shin, Ukyo, Waka, and Orion.

Code: Realize

Arsène Lupin, Cardia Beckford

Note:
I've played the entire game and am awaiting the fandisk localization that's promised to come out next year and the anime. Feel free to use promotional material that's been released for the fandisk!

Canon:
Code: Realize is about Cardia (an sheltered young girl who has poison in her and thus cannot touch anything without it disintegrating) who is found by Lupin who 'steals her away'. They make a promise: for her Horologium, which he needs, he'll then help her to experience the feeling of touching someone (by finding a way to cure her poison). They also have the common goal of finding her missing father, Isaac Beckford. Cardia, has been told not to fall in love by her father 'because she is a monster' but in the course of the game falls in love (with one of the many eligible bachelors that she grows to know well).

Comments:
Lupin is essentially the true route of Code: Realize (because of all the revelations and because this is the only route that really resolves Cardia's poison) and their relationship is present even in all other routes. Cardia mentions in certain routes that Lupin 'saved her' by stealing her away (and opening her mind to the world that she'd avoided because she was scared of hurting people with her poison) and Lupin, in all routes, takes happiness in doing so and watching her gain emotions and fall in love with whoever she chooses. There is a wistfulness in his voice in certain routes when he talks about her loving someone else and in one route, when he sees she's hurt because the one she loves has hurt her he tells her that if there's any danger to her he'll take her away and keep her safe. In his own route he understands her so well to know where she goes when she runs off to protect them and comes to save her when she's kidnapped as well. Along with the dramatic moments, there are a lot of silly moments between them which I also love.

Prompts:
Missing scenes during the Cardia training chapter 'A Girl's Education' or anywhere else during the game! Post-canon scenes of their life together! (Going on adventures together, Lupin teaching Cardia more things about being a great thief or things not related to thievery, etc. Cardia possibly assisting Lupin in a heist?) Seeing them years down the road. Visiting one of their friends? Cardia helping Lupin to outwit Sholmes? Writing letters to each other when separated? Training Sisi together? Adopting children together (and Cardia possibly trying to stop Lupin from making them all thieves)? Traveling the world together? Planning surprises for each other? Lupin teasing Cardia and her finding a way to tease him back? (Potentially with suggestions from friends/Sholmes?)

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

Nozaki Umetarou, Sakura Chiyo

Prompts:
How would they finally, finally get together? (And does it involve his manga in any way? Maybe he then starts pulling moves he's drawn for his manga and Sakura doesn't understand because she thinks it's 'research'.) Will Nozaki ever remember how they first met (and Sakura's unintended inspiring of Mamiko's hairstyle)? Does Sakura ever wear the sailor uniform for Nozaki? (Or anything he asks her to 'for research'?) How would these two get together? (And will it involve manga?) Does Nozaki ever remember what really happened on the first day of school (and how they met) and what would happen if he did? What kind of dates do they go on? What if they worked on another manga together? (A one-shot, maybe? Another series running concurrently?) What if someone else finally told Nozaki about Sakura's feelings? (Or an offshoot - a deeper thinking of his relationship with Sakura and what this could lead to?) What if Nozaki decides to help Sakura with a project she has as repayment? (For example, maybe Sakura writes a novel and he gives insight?) Playing an otome game or galge together? Christmas not-date dates? School festival/athletics day/other school event shenanigans? A successful love confession for Sakura (or all the hilarious ways she could fail)? More investigations of common shoujo manga scenarios that aren't feasible in real life?

Gyakuten Yoshiwara: Ohgiya | The Men of Yoshiwara: Ohgiya (game)

Musashi, Somei Kiyoha

Notes:
I've played the entire game and the game before (The Men of Yoshiwara: Kikuya) on PC. (Both are available on Steam.) I prefer using the default name for the protagonist (Somei Kiyoha).

Canon:
The Gyakuten Yoshiwara series is set in an island where all females go to the pleasure district Yoshiwara when they come of age and get pregnant from encounters with the courtesans there. All males who are born on the island are by law brought into the pleasure district and raised there to become courtesans. While the first series has a protagonist who is basically new to love and continues going out of curiosity/interest, the protagonist in the second series (Kiyoha) goes to the pleasure district because she's tasked by her mother to produce an heir to protect the prestigious Somei family name. As with most otome games, there are a variety of men all with their own backstories to choose from. Musashi is the bodyguard of Kiyoha who was born in the mainland and serves the Somei family and Kiyoha in particular ever since she was a young girl and in the course of the game supports her in choosing a man from Yoshiwara. (He is not eligible for her in the game, sadly.)

Comments:
While I'm fond of many of the routes in this series, the strongest relationship I've found would be Musashi and Kiyoha's. What we do know of it are: 1) He came to the island as a young boy from the mainland 2) has sworn his life to protect and support Kiyoha, no matter what she chooses to do (and who she chooses to love), regardless of his personal feelings. It's never stated outright that he loves her (and it's forbidden, since it will go against the customs of the island), but there are many moments in the series where it's implied. There's actually one route where Kiyoha actually asks why she can't marry him instead of finding a man in the pleasure district to give her a child but he gently says that it would destroy the Somei name and that he's only regarded as a bodyguard and nothing else. Regardless of his feelings about her, he does give her advice about dealing with courtesans and her other problems. Kiyoha herself trusts Musashi with all her heart and it's shown in certain routes especially how much she takes comfort from his support and presence.There is a powerful moment in one route where, after being hurt by the man she's fallen for, she holes up in her room and Musashi tries to comfort her and she asks to hold his hand. He does, and she takes comfort in it to push on.

Prompts:

How would a Musashi route have gone? (Whether as an offshoot of certain routes or as its own entirely?) Moments when both of them were younger? (Expansion of what little we know of that time? We know from a certain route that they used to hold hands when she was much younger for comfort.) What if Kiyoha had not agreed to go to Yoshiwara in the first place and wanted to have a child with Musashi instead to secure the family succession? Or had gone to Yoshiwara and decided that in the end, Musashi was the best option? (By any circumstance.)

In certain routes, it's implied that Musashi loved Kiyoha but never outright said anything - what if he had? (Specifically in Gakuto and Asagiri's routes, for example. What if, when Kiyoha released Musashi from her service in Gakuto's route he took that opportunity to tell her the truth of his feelings? Or seeing Kiyoha so devastated after Asagiri's frank words mid-route, he decided he didn't want to see her so pained thanks to Yoshiwara?)

What if Kiyoha and her mother had agreed to focus on the business first instead of going to Yoshiwara? In what circumstances could Musashi confess his feelings to Kiyoha? (Especially since it's mentioned that not following the custom of the Island in getting children would destroy the Somei name.) Could his being from the mainland be a way for this somehow instead of a hindrance?

I don't mind seeing any other characters appear as well, I'm fond of them all.

Hakuouki

Saitou Hajime, Yukimura Chizuru

Notes:
I have watched the anime (2 seasons + OAV) and played the game on iOS, PS3, and 3DS. I've been eagerly awaiting any announcement of the localization of the remake (being released currently in Japan)

Canon:
Hakuouki is an otome game that has been adapted into an anime and has many sequels about a young girl (Chizuru) who goes to Kyoto to look for her missing father and runs into the Shinsengumi (who are also looking for her father). She ends up pretending to be male while staying with the Shinsengumi and doing chores for them; she subsequently falls in love with one of the Shinsengumi while staying with them (or perhaps in one route falls for someone not in the Shinsengumi at all).

Comments:
Of all the possible relationships in Hakuouki, I'm very fond of Saitou/Chizuru because of the implied quiet support they give each other. While the route is considered less 'romantic' than many of the other routes, I still love it. Saitou is a stoic man who is unused to thinking about love, but he is determined to protect Chizuru first because of duty (as a member of the Shinsengumi) then because of his feelings. Chizuru, on the other hand, believes in Saitou even when his loyalty is in question and wants to support him any way she can, staying with him even when he asks her to leave him. They're also very endearingly cute together, since they're both shy and Saitou especially is very awkward when it comes to his feelings.

Prompts:

Missing moments during the game/epilogue? (Maybe going undercover together to aid the Shinsengumi?) Living life after the war together? All the first times~ What if Saitou had spent more time during his time in the Shinsengumi evaluating Chizuru's sword skills (and possibly giving her lessons, maybe of his own volition or from Hijikata's orders)? Raising a child together and adapting to the new Meiji era. Offshoots of other routes - what if, for example, post bad ends of Okita/Hijikata, Saitou travels from Aizu to look for Chizuru? Meeting up with other Shinsengumi survivors post-war? Adopting animals? Taking care of each other when ill? Surprising each other? Chizuru finding ways to tease Saitou? In the circumstances that Chizuru would have to acknowledge her demon heritage and perhaps try to help the remaining demons acclimate to humans more (especially with the end of Saitou's route and what happens to Kazama), how could Saitou help?

AUs are welcome - in any other circumstances, how would these two have met and fallen in love? (For example, meeting much earlier when Chizuru was still living with her father in Edo and Saitou was visiting Shieikan?)

Yandere Kanojo

Shiratori Tsubasa, Yoshimoto Hijiri
